Looking Up is a Nottingham based agency that provides counselling for all. Counselling is provided by a team of qualified counsellors that are all members of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy.
The service provides people who are experiencing struggle and difficulty in their lives with an opportunity to talk about this, and to start to deal with these feelings and experiences.
