If you are a counsellor qualified to diploma level (with a minimum of 100 hours counselling practice), and are looking for paid work as a counsellor, then Looking Up may be for you.

We recruit qualified counsellors who are looking for paid part time work as a counsellor. We know how difficult it is to get paid work as a counsellor, with many counsellors giving their free time when working towards BACP Accreditation. Looking Up gives you the opportunity to work towards BACP Accreditation whilst being paid for your work.

What we expect from you:

You must have a minimum of 100 hours and be qualified with minimum of a Diploma in Counselling.
You will be registered as a Member of BACP, click here for more information.
You can commit to a minimum of one years work with us.
To uphold personal supervision for your client work in line with BACP guidance.

What can you expect from us?

To act as an agency for referrals, and place you with appropriate clients at your preference of time.
Provide you with a room to see your clients.
Pay you for your work with clients.
Provide you with a reference for your counselling practice.
Operate as a protective organisation that will respect your work as an employed professional.
