If you come to us for counselling, what we offer you is:

A weekly appointment with a counsellor, at the same time and in the same place each week.

The counsellor will be qualified to a minimum of Diploma standard and be a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy.

The relationship will remain confidential, with certain exceptions and will be a place for YOU, to define in your own way; it will be an opportunity for you to begin to feel better.

The counsellor shall conduct themselves in an appropriate and helpful manner.

A copy of Looking Up's organisational policies and procedures are available upon request.

Looking Up is a fully insured service, professional service.

If you have any concerns about the service you have received, then the management committee shall support you in resolving these issues, and a complaints procedure is in operation if necessary.
